What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Our secure system supports Paypal and credit / debit card payments. We take security very seriously, and your payment details do not go through our system. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud.

When Will Payment Be Taken?

Payment will be processed immediately after you place your order. Once your card has been authorised, our system will send you a confirmation email that your order has been processed.

Will I Have To Pay Import Tax and Duties?

No, there is no tax or custom duties to pay for orders within the UK. AsianBeautyPlus is a registered UK companies and all orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

Return and Refunds

At AsianBeautyPlus we promise to refund any unused, unopened item(s) you are not completely happy with. Just contact us and tell us the order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Refund conditions:

  1. The product is in its original packaging unopened.
  2. You have the receipt and proof of purchase.
  3. Product was purchased within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds can be credited in your original payment method, or it can be refunded in BeautyPoints. For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on opened skincare products if the sealed sticker is removed or has been open.

We rely on accurate tracking information provided by our courier as a proof of delivery. A tracking number will be used to confirm a delivery has been made and received.

Incorrect Address:

It is important for you to input the correct and full shipping address for your order to be sent promptly. If you happen to enter the wrong/incomplete shipping address please contact us immediately to have it corrected. However, if your order has been dispatched, we no longer can change the address and can only refund your order once the package is returned to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non refundable due to incorrect address input.

How Can I Cancel or Change my Order?

Don’t worry! If you have ordered the wrong product, you can contact us with your order number and our dedicated team will help you.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track the process of your order at the Order Tracking page. You will need to input your order ID, which was sent to your email after payment.

Are return postage costs refundable?

Postage costs can be refunded if:

  • We sent you the wrong item
  • The item is damaged or faulty

We are unable to refund postage costs for items that are unwanted or no longer require. The return postage cost of these items will need to be covered by yourself. We recommend customers to use a delivery service that covers the value of the goods to prevent accidental damage or lost delivery.

Are all products returnable?

Products that has been opened, used or damaged by the user is not returnable due to hygiene reasons. Consumables and clothing such as underwear cannot be returned unless it is a manufacturing fault.

Where do you deliver to?

We have a business relation with Royal Mail enabling us to deliver to all areas of the UK and European countries:

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

We also offer international delivery around the world.

How long will my order take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 day of your purchase (excluding weekends and bank holiday). Once dispatched, it should take around 2-3 working days to arrive at your UK address.

For international orders, it will take around 7-14 working days depending on the destination.
